M4 UPPER RECEIVER STRIPPED BLEM

Great upper receiver, but having issues with the lug by barrel threads

As always SOLGW receivers and parts in general are top of the line. Great company and great team. So this is just giving the experience with this specific upper Blem receiver only and not the entirety of SOLGW. IMO, SOLGW is superb and have no issues. So this is my 4th Blem upper receiver and not sure what the issue is but I believe the front lug is slightly on the larger scale than ones not considered blemmed. For SOLGW upper and lowers, I only use SOLGW, no other brand (to include barrel, NOX device, and hand rails). But when I do the build completely (upper and lower), it’s really really hard to get the completed lower and completed upper to come together. Even with a lot of force, the front lug really really fights going into the lower receiver. I had a previous Blem set that I built and had to take it to SOLGW and they had to work the front lug to get the receivers to come together properly. Only have had this issue with blems for some reason. Other receiver sets (non blems) I haven’t had an issue yet. I have built a couple complete SOLGW thus far and they are high quality parts. Just wondering what the issue is with the blems. I know the lugs I slightly oversized for the purpose of less stress the take down pins, but these just don’t want to go together for some reason.

If this is what they consider a "blem", whomever is in charge of their QC team definitely gets a tick when their kids color outside the lines lol. I went over this meticulously, unless I need to take a caliper to it, I found NOTHING wrong with it!! Fantastic job 🤘🤘
